Based on default hourly checks
How does Lead QA know if a form is broken?
A real headless browser opens your page, fills safe synthetic values, and checks whether the submit path is reachable — without actually submitting the form.
Do I need to install anything on the client site?
Nothing. No code, no DNS changes, no SDK. If the page is publicly reachable, we can monitor it.
How is this different from uptime monitoring?
Uptime tools check if the server responds. Lead QA checks if the form works — two completely different things. A page can return HTTP 200 while the form is broken.
Will it submit real data to my clients' forms?
No. Dry-run checks fill fields and verify the submit button state without sending anything. Full submit testing requires explicit per-monitor authorization.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 monitored URL with daily checks and all 5 check types. Sign up and start monitoring — no credit card required.
What form providers does it support?
Any form on a public URL: HubSpot, Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, Webflow, Typeform embeds, custom HTML forms, and more.
Paste a URL and start monitoring one lead path for free — no credit card, no code install.
