Privacy Policy

Lead QA is designed to be privacy-safe by default. We check lead paths without storing visitor data.

What we store

  • Monitor configuration: URL, monitor type, check frequency
  • Check results: status (ok/fail), reason, failure mode, duration, timestamps
  • Incidents: title, severity, first and last failure timestamps
  • Alert channels: email address or Slack webhook URL
  • Account information: email, team name (via LoveAutomate authentication)

What we never store

  • Real lead data or form submission content
  • Visitor cookies, session tokens, or authentication credentials
  • Playwright browser traces or video recordings
  • Network request or response bodies
  • Any personal data from the monitored websites' visitors

Screenshots

Screenshots on failure are disabled by default. When enabled, screenshots are masked (form field values are hidden) and retained for a maximum of 24 hours.

Synthetic test data

When filling forms for dry-run checks, Lead QA uses synthetic test data only: name "Lead QA Monitor", email "monitor@loveautomate.com", and a clearly labelled test message. This data is never submitted to forms.

Authorized submit tests

If you enable authorized submit tests for a monitor, Lead QA will submit the form with the synthetic test data above. You are responsible for ensuring this is permitted by the website owner. Lead QA will not submit forms without your explicit permission per monitor.

Data retention

Check run results are retained for 90 days. Resolved incidents are retained for 12 months. Account data is retained until you delete your account.
