Form is found
Lead QA detects forms from: HTML, Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor, Webflow, HubSpot, Typeform, and JotForm.
Fields are fillable
Fields are filled with synthetic test data (name, email, phone, message). We verify they accept input.
Submit button is enabled
After filling all visible fields, we check that the submit button is not disabled. A disabled button after valid input is a real failure.
Form visible on mobile
The form is checked at mobile viewport. Hidden forms on mobile are a common post-update regression.
No fake leads generated
Lead QA never submits forms. It checks the lead path is intact without creating noise in your client's CRM.
Authorized submit test (optional)
