How Lead QA works

Real browser checks. No agents to hire. No scripts to maintain.

The Process

Three steps from setup to alert.

1. Paste a client URL
Enter the URL you want to monitor — campaign landing page, contact page, or booking page. Lead QA opens the page with a real browser and auto-detects what's there.
2. Confirm checks
We suggest which checks make sense for that URL. You confirm. The first check runs immediately — you see results before you leave the setup screen.
3. Get alerted before clients do
Checks run on your chosen schedule (daily, every 6h, or hourly). When something fails twice in a row, you get an alert by email or Slack within minutes.

What a check run actually does

Lead QA uses a real headless browser — not a ping. Every check visits the page the way a real user would.

Opens the URL in a real browser (Chromium)
Checks the HTTP response code
Measures page load time
Finds CTAs and validates their link targets
Finds forms and checks if they are visible and fillable
Checks the submit button state after filling test data
Detects GTM, GA4, and Meta Pixel
Repeats the check at mobile viewport size
Retries on first failure to avoid false alarms
Creates an incident and sends an alert on confirmed failure
